Please do not listen to your sessions while you are driving or operating any machinery.

I recommend you listen to each week's session every day. 

Please take your sessions seriously as you would going into a clinic for a session. Set yourself up, undisturbed, comfortable and ready. 


Week 4: This week’s focus is on positive affirmations. 

Affirmations/positive statements: As per your worksheet, pick an activity you do already and make an effort to say your affirmations to yourself before/during/after your chosen activity.  Make this part of your routine. If it helps, stick a post-it note, set an alarm or reminder on your phone. 

If you are unsure, try saying them when you first wake up in the morning. Starting your day with positive thoughts sets the tone for the day and creates a positive intention for the day. 

Saying positive affirmations creates a new route in your brain for positive thoughts. The more you repeat them, the faster they will become automatic thoughts which will make you feel happier, more positive and effect your actions so you make healthier and more positive decisions.
